How is billing handled?

Remora is billed through the Shopify Billing API. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice — no separate payment method needed.

What happens if I hit my AI response limit?

AI drafting pauses when credits run out. Manual replies keep working. No automatic paid overages.

Are there per-resolution or per-ticket fees?

No. Your flat plan price covers unlimited tickets and the included AI credits. No surprise AI overage charges.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Cancellation returns your workspace to the Free plan.

What counts as an AI credit?

One AI credit is used when a new AI draft reply or revision is successfully saved. Classification, summaries, sentiment and order lookups do not use credits. Failed attempts and replays of a saved draft use no additional credit.
