How is billing handled?

Remora is billed through the Shopify Billing API. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice — no separate payment method needed.

What happens if I hit my AI response limit?

You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime from Settings. Your data is never deleted — just upgrade when you need more responses.

Are there per-resolution or per-ticket fees?

No. Your flat monthly rate covers unlimited tickets and all AI features. No surprise charges.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.

What counts as an AI response?
